Dana Hyman

I have spent my career in the transportation industry. I worked for American Airlines for 10 years, five of which were spent as a new-hire instructor. Then I worked at home for 15 years raising my kids. Once the kids were grown, I spent 11 years as a reservation specialist, training supervisor, and manager for Columbia Charlotte Shuttle.

I am a state-certified driving instructor, AAA-certified driver improvement instructor, and state-certified Class D test administrator.

I look forward to helping new drivers feel confident and safe on the road and serving the Red Bank community.

Marc Hyman

I have been a licensed driver for 50+ years with 10,000+ hours behind the wheel and zero at-fault accidents!

I am a retired telecommunications and IT specialist who worked for the State of Georgia for almost 40 years. I'm passionate about helping others. I'm excited about the prospect of helping our Hispanic Community with driving instruction and navigating the process of obtaining a driver's license with the least amount of stress and difficulty possible.

Meet Our Instructors and Staff

David teague

David’s been with us going on two years and constantly gets rave reviews from our students. He brings a wealth of driving experience and road knowledge. He currently holds a Class A CDL and has driven commercially for a combined 15 years plus. David takes a personal interest in each of his students. He’s very good at putting students at ease and boosting their confidence through encouragement. If you book a lesson with David, you’ll receive top-notch driving instruction, shared from his unique perspective.

SHAWNNA TAYLOR

As one of our Certified Driving Instructors, Shawnna comes to us holding a CDL and has commercial driving experience across the United States and Canada under various road conditions, including ice and snow. She is focused on helping students become safe, confident drivers and is known for her patient, supportive approach. Shawnna creates a comfortable learning environment while helping students build the skills they need to succeed on the road.

Mark is a retired pharmacist who came to Lexington from Wisconsin in 2020. As a managing pharmacist primarily in hospital settings, Mark had a passion for training employees and pharmacy students.
Mark was a clinical instructor for the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and taught many pharmacy students in their Introductory experiences in pharmacy.
Mark believes in teaching behind the wheel students safe methods to deal with everyday situations on South Carolina roadways.

Carson is our amazing Administrative Assistant. She helps keep everything organized and on track. We would be in big trouble without her diligence and attention to detail. Not to mention her infectious smile and cheerful attitude. She is truly a joy to have around!
